A Symbol of Jesus’ sacrifice
Jesus gave His life as the ultimate act of love to redeem humanity from sin, restore a broken relationship with God, and conquer death, serving as a perfect sacrifice to pay the penalty for our wrongdoing and offer eternal life to those who believe. He willingly endured suffering to show God's immense love, purify believers, and establish a new covenant, allowing people to be reconciled to God and become His own.
“She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.”
Matthew 1:21
